SILENCE IN DREAMLAND
A remote village on the Ecuadorian coast. An old lady lives alone in a big empty house, since her husband died. A vagabond dog named Silencio arrives every day at the window to keep her company. She is becoming deaf and the constant power breakdowns in the village disrupt her daily routine. During the siesta she dreams: She dreams about the sea, her husband being still alive, the family around her and about Silencio. Life is colourful in her dreams.
One day the power breakdown enter in her dreamland.

"Silencio en la tierra de los sueños" is the debut feature of Ecuadorian director Tito Molina, who already directed several award winning shorts.
